After completing my master’s degree in engineering at Concordia University and gaining experience as a data scientist, I discovered my true passion lies in fitness. ** A Typical Program/Lesson Plan:
1. 30-minute online call for introduction and goal review: brief discussion about the client's objectives and needs, current fitness level, and any concerns.
2. Design a personalized workout plan (and meal plan) which will be accessible via mobile app to track workouts and see instructions with videos.
3. First free in person session to review the exercises together to gain confidence with the plan.
4. 24/7 WhatsApp access to answer any questions.
5. Weekly virtual heck-ins.
** At the one-on-one sessions:
- Warm-Up: Dynamic stretches and light cardio to prepare the body.
- Main Workout: Focused on specific muscle groups for fitness goals. Includes demonstrations, guided practice, and adjustments.
- Feedback and Planning: Review the session, answer questions, and set goals for the next visit.
