About Tracy

I am a teacher/counselor/ personal trainer with 30 years experience. I have taught 1 one 1 up to 30+. I am a trained, professional dancer with a background in fitness, health and nutrition. Some of my students have followed in my footsteps and become personal trainers or coaches, but all have gained an understanding of fitness and health.
