About Julien
Logic and emotion are often seen as opposing forces. My journey proves that, on the contrary, they are the best allies for success.
I began with the scientific rigor of an engineering degree. There, I learned methodology and how to analyze complex problems.
To enrich this approach, I trained in the performing arts at the Cours Florent drama school. There, I learned to manage stress, develop the right posture, and cultivate the confidence necessary to take my place.
Drawing on these two worlds, I embarked on a solo trip around the world, backpack in tow. I undertook this journey for the adventure, but above all, for a thirst for openness: to explore the world, others, and, by extension, my own identity. It was during this journey that coaching revealed itself to me as a natural calling: I wanted to use my structure and sensitivity to help others develop.

The Erickson method is person-centered and solution-oriented. It takes into account your entire environment and what makes you who you are to help you achieve your goals while always respecting who you are.
A session always begins with setting one or more objectives, followed by the core exploration to move forward in that direction, and concludes with the actions you commit to taking for yourself.
As a Professional Coach, I adopt a respectful approach that honors your autonomy, actively listens, and offers an empathetic presence. I create a safe space where you can feel free to explore your thoughts and emotions. I use powerful questioning to stimulate your reflection and allow you to access your inner resources.
My coaching is for you if you need to gain clarity, overcome professional and/or personal obstacles, and develop self-confidence and emotional management skills.
