I am a student, certified with 900 hours at the Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India. Advanced certification to teach children, adults, seniors and people with chronic diseases.
With a career giving private lessons for more than 2 years.
Certification of 200 hours in Ayurveda. I currently work as a paramedic.

My classes are focused on three main points of yoga. Control, strength and flexibility. I always start the class with breathing, followed by warm-up and strength. We work on circuits with resistance and close the class with pranayama.
The classes are personalized depending on the level, health and age of the student.
