We do Yog in everything we do but don't know the correct way of even standing straight or sitting correctly. Will make u improve ur posture thru asanas... and help u get rid of ur joint pain thru this age old technique called Yog. Have able to cure my own problem of osteoarthritis and cervical spondylitis up to great extent.
