Hello, I would like to welcome you to my page. I deliver yoga classes that focus on body-mind alignment. I also help clients with back pain issues, high BP, and overall well-being of the human body. I'm a certified yoga instructor from Kaivalyadhama.

the classes will be scheduled for one hour 5 days a week. in these classes, we will first-hand experience the benefits of yoga on mind and body. The emphasis will be on asana, breathing techniques, posture alignments to reap maximum benefits, pranayama, and mediation.
