I got yoga teacher certificate from Thailand. Then I have been teaching yoga in Brisbane for almost one year :) I would love to inspire you to love your body, connect your mind and body more, bring up more awareness of your breath, your body with yoga. I am always patient to teach yoga, creating relaxing and inspiring vibe in teaching. I am confident to deliver a transformative yoga experience to you.

My 1-hour Hatha yoga classes combine meditation, breathwork, and beginner-friendly asanas to promote both physical and mental well-being. Each session starts with breathwork and meditation to calm the mind, followed by a tailored sequence of poses with a focus on alignment and mindfulness.
Classes are suitable for all levels and ages, particularly beginners, and aim to enhance flexibility, body tone, and overall wellness. I am a certified Hatha yoga instructor dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment, whether in Mowbray Park or at your home, helping you feel balanced and refreshed.
