Delphine is a tremendously patient and gracious tutor. She takes the time to instruct and demonstrate the poses in a way that’s easily understandable and tailored to your level. As a yoga newbie I really appreciated this and could see that she had an acute knowledge of where my limits were and could adapt what she was doing to suit accordingly. The environment she creates is also superb; one of relaxed comfort that makes you feel both at peace and in the moment whilst doing the practice. I can’t recommend her more highly!
