Each of my yoga sessions follows a thoughtfully structured flow that includes warm-ups and joint loosening exercises, Surya Namaskar variations, asana sequences, pranayama techniques, and ends with meditation or Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
I teach with gentle clarity, patience, and empathy, always explaining the purpose behind each pose, how it supports your body-mind connection, and how to become more attuned to your inner self.
My approach goes beyond just physical flexibility and strength — I place equal emphasis on mental and emotional well-being, creating a safe and nurturing space for stress relief, inner calm, and holistic healing.
