About Eduardo
I have cert 3 in commercial cookery.
I was apprentice culinary competition champion for my region in ovens Victoria two years running taking home trophys and medals for my cooking efforts. And competing against the top apprentice chefs of victoria in Melbourne being rewarded bronze medals for my efforts.
I was up with the top in my class at TAFE and helped many students exel to my level.
I have worked alongside hatted goodfood guide chefs within Australia, i worked threw all sections of the kitchen taking part in all dutys catering to high profile clientele. I have traveled up to north qld and back down threw Victoria to south Australia into western Australia working in big hotels on resort islands and various other restarunts in various postions from chef departi, sous chef, to head chef.

Having worked with Eddie for several months on Daydream Island I found him to be intelligent and exceptionally focused on his job as a chef and always found time to make sure all the other chefs and front of house staff were ok and understood their jobs.
