About Phoebe
I am a 3rd year Chemical Engineering Student at UCLA. I have an extensive background in math, chemistry, and physics, with a slight preference for math. I love teaching the subjects that I have already learned and inspiring young students to continue pursuing STEM or to appreciate it more than they did before. Additionally, I am an Ocean Lifeguard and have lots of experience communicating with new people due to this!

My teaching method is very straightforward, with lots of examples and conceptual challenges.
I am willing to tailor any lesson plan for a given student. Typically, I would receive the information the student learns in class and then prepare harder problems for them to attempt with me. I am very understanding and genuinely enjoy teaching people subjects that I love.
I am looking for any level of k-12 math or chemistry student!
