About Rateeb
My name is Rateeb Yehya, an AUB graduate in Civil Engineering and Mathematics, with a Master's degree in Business Analytics from UCLA. I have a passion for teaching students and passing knowledge to the new generation. I have been in the tutoring business for more than 17 years. I started tutoring since I was in high school, and continued throughout college. I operated a tutoring company for 4 years where I tutored over 7 college courses to over 1,000 students in the US, the Middle East, and Canada. As much as I care about my students getting straight As in their courses, I also want them to understand why they are learning what they are learning.

My lessons are divided into three parts: Part 1: Explanation of the application of the concept: Why is it that you are learning what you are learning? Where is it applied and how can it help you in real life? Once you understand that, I move on to the next part. Part 2: Explanation of concept and theory. In this part, we will dive together into how the theory was developed and proved. If you understand the proof, you will not have difficulty in recalling equations because you would know in your mind where they came from. Part 3: Exercises. Practice makes perfect, so the more the merrier. In this part, we dedicate full attention to strategies and tactics to solve as many exercises as we can. Expect homework exercises too.
