About Shivani
I am a third year Classics student at UCL. I've been studying Latin and Greek for 9 years and have consistently achieved A*s throughout. I have several years of teaching experience and have multiple students achieve A*s at GCSE and A-Level. I did the Cambridge Pre-U exams (D2 in both Latin and Greek) at school so I also have a great deal of experience in those.

My teaching method is dependent on what the student requires, but generally my main goal is to keep students engaged with the content especially when they find it difficult. I use games and pop culture references to keep the content relatable, while also making sure they are actually learning and understanding it. A vital part of these subjects is exam technique so I'll spend some time focusing on that after they have understood the content, as well as giving advice for memorisation and revision.
