About Neil
I have a unique background among coaches in that I've experienced failure and received coaching before. In addition, I am an experienced professional, and hold a BS in Engineering Management, MBA, and am a certified Project Management Professional, working internationally in electronics supply chain transformation. This uncommon cross-section of experiences in both the academic and professional worlds gives me the ability to coach you in both areas, and ensure that we reach your goals. I have a unique perspective for a college coach, as someone who has experienced failure (failing out of college twice), been coached, and coached others. Where most college coaching is surface-level, I go deep, learning about your values and personality to understand how you're motivated and what you care about. My experiences have led me to a practical, down-to-earth approach centered around conversation, and supported by over 12 tools I've developed, which will give you confidence even after our session.
