About Ayanna
I am currently committed to Carnegie Mellon University and I will be majoring in biology. As I previously mentioned I'm a senior in the early college system. I am currently working on an Inquiry project publication navigating disease and socioeconomics in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I have another website publication as well about Ebola and other infectious diseases. I have taken a wide variety of classes as well! I absolutely love philosophy and classic literature such as War and Peace, The Prince, Confessions, and more.

Hello my name is Ayanna! I'm excited to be your tutor. My teaching style includes rigor while also making sure my student understands what is going on. I factor in the pace you are moving at and teach accordingly! For literature specifically I may start with slides or a brief introduction into the topic of interest followed by other discussion which can look like talking about the author, philosopher, or scholar, their works, upbringing, and your personal opinions! These lessons can be for anyone as early as 9th grade to a freshman in college!
