About Heather
I have a bachelor's degree in American Literature and Culture, and master's of Education degree with an emphasis in Educational Leadership. I am currently earning a master's degree in English while teaching first year college English courses. I have worked in higher education for over 15 years and have experience working with adults, college/university students, and children (preschool through 12th grade).

I believe that learning should be enjoyable, even if it is a subject you struggle with. I'll find ways to make the subject engaging while working in lots practice to help concepts stick.
