About Madeline
I'm a college student at a top tier liberal arts college with training in computer science, neuroscience, and biology, and I have recently been nominated for a Fulbright Scholarship to teach at the university level overseas. I love teaching students who are passionate about their learning, and I have been tutoring for the past 5 years. I have worked with both high school and college students in many different subjects, including math (up to calculus 3), English, computer science (Python, Java, or Matlab), and science (biology, psychology, chemistry). I also have worked as a college counselor for high school students for the past 3 years, and I offer complete support throughout the entire college application process, from picking your colleges to writing your essays. Past students of mine have been accepted to University of Southern California, Pepperdine University (scholarship), Chapman University (scholarship), University of Denver (scholarship), Santa Clara University (scholarship), Cal Poly SLO, and more. I also have experience working with transfer students and have transferred colleges myself. Any college admissions process can be incredibly stressful, and I am here to help!

I've worked with students of all learning types and with a variety of interests, and I use collaborative and interdisciplinary methods to help pursue your studies in ways that are interesting to you. I truly believe any subject can be enjoyable if you can identify your interests within the area of study!
