My method of teaching would clearly be making the students understand the concept first and make an algorithm like structure to understand the content of the topic,so that they would always remember the subject and be ready to face the tests even if it's a surprise test in school(sometimes teachers conduct test like that) and make them learn stuff. I don't encourage students to by heart.
