About Charlotte
My name is Charlotte! I’ve been playing and LOVING the flute since I was seven years old (12 years!!) and I’ve always enjoyed teaching others about music, music theory, special techniques and how to play the flute from the very beginning. I am so keen to work with people who are interested in the same as I am and show what I have to offer!!

For absolute beginners the first lesson will consist of learning the correct way to hold your flute, and how to form your embrasure. We will slowly move on to learning how to read sheet music and how to play the notes.
For beginner-intermediate players I will discuss with the student what they are wanting to achieve with their lessons (learning certain techniques, a new song, practicing for a performance or school, reading sheet music). This will determine what our lessons will consist of.
