Iam Disha Chaudhary, I have total 4.5 years of experience, 2 years of teaching experience as an assistant professor in Vishvehwarya group of institutions greater Noida and 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance in MNC
I have completed M.pharm in pharmacology from Amity University, Noida, recently submitted my thesis PhD in clinical research in Himgiri Zee University, Dehradun.
Published 3 research paper in Scopus indexed journal .

I teach according to students , whatever way they are comfortable I prefer that , next i believe in taking doubt sessions more frequently ,so concepts can be more clear.
We can keep learning more linked with examples and practical approach.
These are some point that will make learning better.
Model ideal behaviour: I Clearly explain proper behaviour.
Encourage initiative: I always allow students to actively participate in the learning process with class discussions and exercises that support the initiative.
Avoid collective punishment: While it can be difficult, I make a point of calling out disruptive behaviours on an individual, not on collective basis.
