About Konstantin
I have a BSc in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science and 10+ years of experience in tech — as a software developer, then product manager, now building my own startup.
I've worked on backend systems for apps with 100M+ users, built and shipped my own software products, and spent years solving real engineering problems — not just academic exercises.
In university, I tutored programming and helped teach contest and olympiad math. I've also given lectures on software basics to adults. I genuinely enjoy the moment when something clicks for someone.
I got into programming through math — I loved algorithms and problem-solving before I ever wrote code. That foundation still shapes how I think and teach: understand the logic first, syntax second.

My approach is simple: I help you actually understand the code, not just get through the assignment.
If you're stuck, I want to figure out why — is the concept too abstract? Are we missing a building block? I'll bring it down to earth with examples and analogies until it clicks.
Lessons can go different ways: you bring something specific (assignment, leetcode problem, concept you don't get) and we dig into it — or we work on filling gaps, building foundations, or learning something new together. Either way, I explain the "why" behind things, not just the "how."
I'm a good fit if you're: a university or college student struggling with CS courses, learning to code on your own, prepping for technical interviews, or want to get better at algorithmic thinking and problem-solving.
