About Yue
In my current post, I am a PhD graduate of the University of Essex, where gained experience working and
research as a teaching assistant for several academic departments. I had constant enthusiasm for math and six years Mathematical Olympiad training experience in high school. With my excellent mathematical stills, I had set up a private math cram classes for dozens of candidates for college entrance examination during the winter and summer vacations in 2009-2011 in China. I had constant enthusiasm for math and six years Mathematical Olympiad training experience in high school. I had helped these high school students improve their math scores 20 or more within two months training. From 2017 to now, I had been teaching GCSE, A-level and Olympiad math in Colchester.

My teaching methodology for math is emphasizing logic and mathematical thinking. Rather than give them a formula, I will teach the steps of proofing and the way of solving a similar problem. Moreover, for a test candidate, I will teach them to classify questions topics by topics in the past papers then find the connection and cohesion between different topics.
