Since I have been practicing yoga last 7 to 8 years, I will help my students, those who are suffering from different mental and physical health issues through my yoga experience. Giving comfort to my students through easy techniques is my first priority .

I will share my own experience here, when I was pursuing secondary education, I was suffering from serious Migraine. I had consulted so many doctors and started using medication suggested by them. Those tablets made me very drowsy hungry. Then my father suggested practicing yoga. I went and joined a yoga class which is in my college. There my yoga guru took off my health issue suggested kinds of practices. Within one year of practice, I gradually reduced the usage of the medicine. After some time I found myself wondering, I was free from migraine.
