About Justine
I'm a dancer and I started a Bachelor of Contemporary Dance at London contemporary Dance school this year, but I've been training and teaching for several years now. I've given creative dance classes to children aged 4 to 10 and now I give technical classes for adults in contemporary dance in a school in Brussels (Danscentrumjette).
I have several professional experiences including a dance-theatre project that toured with the production Het Débuut in several Dutch cities. I have participated in several creative projects including a piece choreographed by Tijen Lawton, and other projects during my studies. I also directed a small piece for 3 dancers.I like to share my love for dance and for the research of the body in motion.

My course is aimed at both beginners and people who already have a practice of movements. I want to try to maintain the sharing of the art of dance which brings me so much, despite the situation, and to adapt it to the spaces available in our homes. To transform our living place into a place of exploration of oneself and of the body in movement. I start the class with a moment of calm where you take the time to become aware of your breathing and your body. It is important for me to connect the mind to the body by realizing what is happening in the present moment before starting the physical work. Then, the energy gradually rises with a warm-up on the ground and then standing. Then we will work on short phrases as much as the space allows us, which can be either standing or on the floor.
