About Anastasia
Currently preparing for my degree in hospitality and catering, I love studying and using raw products and turn them into healthy and wholesome meals; moreover I recovered from mental anorexia 2 years ago and I went through many stages of nutrition and well-being and I could help you overcome this problem or simply answer your questions on the subject!!

Most of the time I like to build my lessons depending on the person in front of me, I'll adapt myself to you while asking you questions about your doubts, past experiences and eventually we will move toward a healthier relationship with you and food or with you and your body! I can also program healthy recipes according to your needs and explain all the benefits of good food on your body and your soul!

My lesson will cost 16€ because although I am not an accredited nutritionist or dietician, I'll admit that I have a lot of knowledge on the subject and I'll use simple words to make you understand the power food has on our systems; don't hesitate to send me a message!
