"Cooking with Eva" it's an easy funny way for knowing how to cook great italian vegetarian dishes with a touch of modern.

I use to cook since I was a young girl (I'm a woman now) and my mother and my aunt (she had a restaurant and she was a chef) taught me how to cook properly with great taste and trying don't put too much fat on it.

I'm vegetarian and for this reason I really enjoy cooking vegetarian recipes. You can learn how to make and cook pasta, risotto, pizza, gnocchi, parmigiana, tomato sauce and many others more.

I gained trainer experience with dogs and humans being and I think it can help us to reach our goals.

I'll try to support you as much as possible and giving you tips can help you to understand the quality of the food and the different techniques of cooking.

You will be able to surprise your friends and first of all yourself ;). I promise!
