About Lucas
I have been involved in strength training since I was 16, as a chronically skinny and injured kid. For almost a decade I pursued my self development as a passion until one fateful day when I was badly injured. As a result I was forced to change careers. At this point, I decided to follow my heart and go into corrective strength as a profession. I am now a certified CPT and hold certifications relating to the kinematics of the foot, hips, knees, lumbar spine and shoulders. In my spare time I compete at a high level In Brazilian Jiujitsu and learn Hungarian.
