About Brooke
I am an artist, illustrator, graphic designer and photographer who believes in maintaining a good work-life balance. I have a love for nature and exploring the outdoors, always with camera in hand. I live with a chronic illness which often leaves me with days of constant pain and fatigue.
Yoga has taught me to encourage myself and others to be more mindful and to really be present and focus on kindness, empathy and taking good care of yourself and others around you. We all have this choice.

My teaching method is simple. Breathe, relax, let it go.
I approach classes with a goal of achieving peace while being totally present with my students, listening to their needs and encouraging them to shift their energy and mindset into a positive space.
I learn't most of my yoga practise basic principles in the format of Yin Yoga. Life is a balance of Yin and Yang and on the mat I will teach you how to restore this and encourage students to be more accepting of things that are outside of your control.
