About Camila
For 9 years, I have had the privilege of teaching flute and inspiring students to discover the joy of music. I teach learners from school to college and believe that everyone can become a better musician through consistent practice and positive guidance.
My lessons cover breathing techniques, posture, finger movement, rhythm, scales, tone development, articulation, and expressive performance. I encourage students to learn with confidence and enjoy every achievement along the way.
Throughout my teaching career, I have seen many students grow into skilled and confident performers, and those moments continue to inspire me.
In addition to flute, I teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, music appreciation, and performance preparation.
My goal is to help students develop strong musical foundations and a lifelong love for learning music.

Learning the flute is a wonderful journey that develops patience, creativity, and discipline. My teaching methodology is based on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to help students learn with confidence.
Students begin by mastering breathing, posture, rhythm, note reading, finger coordination, and tone quality. As they improve, they continue with articulation, scales, improvisation, dynamics, expression, and performance preparation.
I motivate students by celebrating every milestone and encouraging daily practice. Communication is open and supportive, making learning easier and more enjoyable. Integrity guides my teaching through honesty, fairness, and respect.
Creative learning includes classical pieces, favorite songs, rhythm exercises, ear training, listening practice, duet performances, and musical games. I also teach recorder, beginner keyboard, music theory, sight reading, rhythm training, and music appreciation.
