About Amar
With 12 years of experience teaching flute, I have had the opportunity to guide many students from school to college. My teaching philosophy is based on patience, encouragement, and steady progress. I believe music should be enjoyable and accessible to everyone, regardless of their starting level.
My lessons focus on breathing control, posture, finger coordination, scales, rhythm, articulation, and tone quality. As students improve, I help them develop musical expression and confidence for performances.
Seeing students achieve their goals through dedication and practice has been the most rewarding part of my career. Along with flute, I teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, beginner improvisation, rhythm exercises, and performance preparation.
My goal is to inspire students to become confident musicians and lifelong learners.

I believe every student deserves lessons that are inspiring, practical, and enjoyable. My flute teaching methodology is built on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to help students achieve their musical goals with confidence.
Lessons focus on breathing control, posture, note reading, rhythm, finger coordination, tone quality, scales, articulation, dynamics, expression, and performance skills. Every lesson follows a step-by-step learning process.
Motivation helps students enjoy consistent improvement. Communication creates an environment where students feel comfortable discussing their challenges. Integrity builds trust through fairness, patience, and professionalism.
Creative teaching includes rhythm games, classical music, favorite melodies, duet practice, ear training, listening exercises, and musical creativity. Besides flute, I also teach recorder, beginner keyboard, music theory, sight reading, rhythm development, and stage performance.
