About Parker
I'm an incoming fourth year at the University of California, Berkeley with a passion for coding and computer science. As a former software engineer for Amazon, I have experienced my share of the professional world and understanding of the necessary skills in order to thrive in the tech world. Pertaining to mathematics, I have always had a fondness for certainty in the world and as mathematics is the pure embodiment of that, I quickly grew attached to it. I have a passion for sharing knowledge and seeing the lightbulb turn on inside my students and seeing their passions ignited by their fields of interest.

When teaching, I like to break down concepts in the simplest form and provide logical steps in order for anyone to be able to understand them. During lessons I prefer the students attempting the material on their own beforehand so they are prepared, however I am willing to go through the material during the lesson with the student. As a tutor, I've had a plethora of experience of tutoring people of all ages and have current campus involvements in STEM education and have experience teaching kids in a classroom setting. Lessons are for anyone K-12, or anyone who needs tutoring in the following subjects: Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-calculus, Calculus, Multi-variable Calculus, Linear Algebra, Proofs, Computer Science, First Order Logic, and Set Theory. Although these are my strongest suits, feel free to ask if I tutor a specific subject and we can work something out. Thank you.
