About Sarah
I currently attend the University of Texas, Austin as a math major and have experience tutoring 1st graders to calculus students. I have also had the privilege to work with students who have different learning disabilities and have helped them reach their potential and instilled in them a level of confidence that is so crucial to succeeding in math!

Hello, my name is Sarah and I am a current math major who has 4+ years of experience helping elementary to high school students succeed in their math classes. I approach tutoring holistically and want my students to not only understand mathematical concepts but also learn why that lesson is important and how it can be applied in real life. While a lot of students approach math with a mindset of “math is only for some people” and “it’s not for me“, I want to help erase that stigma and help students to see that anyone can do math as long as taught in a way that is beneficial to them!
