About Mia
I am a full-time RIT Biomedical Engineering student and I have college credits for biology with lab, chemistry with lab, and calculus.
It feels like learning was never the easiest for me, I could never understand a topic and then I would get frustrated for not understanding it. I then took a step back and saw how far I can and that was a very rewarding experience for me. I want my students to not only make academic progress but fall in love with learning like how I did.

Struggling in math, chemistry, and biology classes and can't seem to understand what's going on? Totally understand that, I've been there. It's no easy feat. Lets work together to make learning a much more enjoyable experience. I've been teaching kung-fu for the past 6 to 7 years and all throughout it I learned how to listen closely and watch my students and adjust my teaching style to best fit their needs.
