About Zixuan

Hello! I’m currently an undergraduate student majoring in Psychology, with plans to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology in the future. My passion for psychology began in high school and has only grown stronger as I’ve delved deeper into the field. Studying psychology in college has solidified my decision to continue advancing in this field, and I’m excited to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with others. I have taken a variety of courses that have broadened my understanding of psychology, including Introduction to Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology, and Health Psychology. These courses have given me a strong foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of psychology. In addition to my coursework, I am also a Research Assistant in the Social Science department. This experience has enhanced my understanding of psychological research methods and the importance of evidence-based practice in the field. As I continue my studies, I am eager to share my knowledge with students and help others explore the fascinating world of psychology!

About the lesson

As an undergraduate psychology student, I offer engaging and personalized lessons designed for beginners and intermediate learners. My student-centered approach focuses on creating a supportive and interactive environment where you can explore the fascinating world of psychology at your own pace.

Typical Lesson Structure:
Each lesson follows a clear structure:
1. Introduction: A quick review of previous lessons and setting objectives for the current lesson.
2. Core Content: Step-by-step explanations, supported by examples, diagrams, and discussions.
3. Interactive Q&A: I encourage questions and active engagement throughout the lesson.
4. Review & Homework: A summary of key points and a short exercise or reflection to reinforce the material.

What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor:
I pride myself on being friendly and understanding. I create a relaxed, open atmosphere where you can comfortably ask questions and learn at your own pace. My lessons are tailored to your needs, making psychology accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

My lessons are ideal for:
• High school and college students studying psychology at a beginner to intermediate level.
• Anyone interested in psychology—whether you’re pursuing a degree or just curious about the field!
