About Dennis
I am currently completing my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of communication, learning, and individual differences. I also have several years of experience working in customer service, primarily assisting customers from the US, Canada, and the UK. Through these experiences, I have developed strong communication, active listening, patience, and problem-solving skills. I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and adapting my communication style to meet their individual needs. I believe these skills are valuable in tutoring, where understanding a student’s learning style and creating a comfortable environment are important.

My lessons focus on developing students’ English reading, literature, and diction skills. I aim to make each lesson engaging and easy to understand by using age-appropriate texts, guided reading, vocabulary activities, and discussions about literature. I also help students improve their pronunciation, clarity, fluency, and confidence when speaking English. Lessons will be adjusted according to the student’s level, learning goals, and areas that need improvement.
