About Sophie
I am currently completing a bachelor of arts, hoping to continue to a secondary English teaching degree. Over the past four years I have tutored a range of subjects and year levels and enjoyed assisting my students in increasing their grades and knowledge and also decreasing their stress.

I focus on developing a cohesive essay writing structure which adheres to all rubric requirements and ensures students are easily able to understand how to achieve marks.
I have found that implementing and memorising a sentence by sentence structure significantly decreases exam stress. For students who struggle with the 'subjectivity' of humanities subjects such as English this structure often assists with their writing.
I also assist with developing analytical skills, formal tone, and literary understanding.
I also focus on studying tips and techniques.
