About Clarissa
I am a passionate Dancer who partakes in regular classes in training for hip hop and experimental/ free styling. I Have dance qualifications and teaching experience in differing areas such as; dance, sports and music for beginners!
I cater to beginners because we all have to start somewhere and the beginning process can be daunting. And so I am here to help!

Firstly the mind: A discussion whereby I try to understand what your goals are and what about dance motivates and inspires you?
Secondly the physical:

And a general conversation on health and how to keep your body in good condition and prepared for an intense dancing lifestyle.
And lastly encouragement, goal planning and visualisation. The premise of my teaching method is to always encourage people and build their self competence in a skill.
