I have a great deal of experience teaching a variety of styles and instruments. Whether you are new to your instrument and music in general, preparing for examinations, or just playing for fun, I will work with you to achieve your goals!

I teach saxophone, clarinet, piano, music theory, general musicianship, and composition. I am also fluent in Sibelius notation software and happy to teach that as well!

£40 per hour, £35 per half hour

Either at home or at students' homes.

I can help students towards ABRSM exams and school exams. I also teach just for general enjoyment too.

I have taught students in the UK and Canada for 7+ years, preparing and accompanying for exams and general enjoyment! I have experience in performing classical, jazz and rock music, as well as in composition and arranging. I have performed extensively throughout the UK, Europe, and Canada.

We're delighted to have found David! He's been very willing to accommodate an alternative type of piano lesson which doesn't involve working towards exams. Just what our daughter wants and needs.
