About Supriya
I have always been motivated to pursue a career where my academic background along with my passion and perseverance helps me deliver value of the highest quality. I have completed a PGCE (Post-16 Education and Training), PhD, M.Phil, MA., BA. in English literature and B.Ed. in English language teaching. Over the years I have extensively published in the field of academic writing, literary research and translation, i.e. – PhD/M.Phil thesis, one published book as a translator, five published research papers and a number of research paper presentations at international conferences and workshops.

I start with understanding my student group by defining their learning needs. Based on the learner needs, I plan the session, set learning objectives for each learning episode and link each episode to the course objective as laid down in the scheme of work. I facilitate learning using a variety of tasks, task differentiations and challenge activities. Finally I do a plenary to monitor learning and validate the desired learning outcomes.
