About Tara

My name is Tara Salme, MD resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology. I'm a dedicated medical professional with a deep understanding of medicine and exam prep. I help students master Step 1 and the MCAT by simplifying difficult concepts and providing tailored strategies. Let’s work together to build your confidence and succeed in your medical journey!

About the lesson

My approach as a tutor is to provide accurate and helpful information to students based on their specific needs. Here's how I approach teaching and sharing knowledge:

I use a variety of teaching methods and techniques, including answering questions, providing explanations, offering examples and practice exercises, and using visual aids like diagrams and images.
I adapt my approach to the student's learning style and pace, and I try to make the learning process engaging and interactive. I also provide feedback and corrections to help students improve their understanding and skills.

A Typical Lesson Plan:

My lessons are usually structured around the student's goals and objectives, as well as their current level of knowledge and skill.
A typical lesson plan may involve reviewing previous material, introducing new concepts, providing examples, practicing exercises, and assessing the student's progress. I also encourage students to ask questions and provide feedback throughout the lesson.
