About Phillip
I’m a recent HSC graduate who placed in the top 20% in my cohort for HSC Biology. I am highly passionate about helping students achieve their full potential in Biology. Having completed the HSC myself, I understand the challenges students face and how to overcome them. I enjoy breaking complex ideas into simple, visual explanations that build real understanding and confidence. My goal is to help students not only memorize facts but truly grasp how Biology works — so they can approach every exam question with clarity and success.

My lessons focus on making Biology simple and visual. I use detailed diagrams, concept maps, and visual explanations to break down complex HSC Biology topics into understandable ideas. Each lesson runs for around two hours and targets Year 11 and 12 HSC Biology students. I also help students apply their understanding directly to HSC-style exam questions, improving accuracy, confidence, and results. My approach builds both conceptual understanding and exam performance through engaging, structured, and supportive teaching.
