About Hina
As a Middle and Elementary school ELAR/ Geography/Humanities/Social Studies teacher for almost 20 years, I have found that my commitment to teaching has grown every year. Even with the complexities of the present educational landscape, the feeling of getting through to that student who just was not “getting the hang of it” or helping advanced students achieve their goals, never gets old. I have inspired many students with the subject through contextual teaching, hands-on activities, and Audio-Visual Aids.
I have dedicated my career to helping students of all levels master the Geographical skills and concepts they need to go on to everyday life beyond school.
The following are my highlights of skills and accomplishments:
Currently working as an ELAR and Social Studies teacher in a Charter School in Texas, United States.
• Worked as a Cambridge Section Head and taught History and Geography to IGCSE/CIE students in Garrison College Kharian Cantt. Pakistan.
• Previously employed with the prestigious institution of Pakistan, Aitchison College Lahore. I have worked there as a Head of the Pakistan Studies Department (Geography and History), Cambridge Educational Coordinator, and Geography/History teacher.
• Prior experience adopting distinctive management methodologies, documentation, and organizing different curricular, and co-curricular activities. Also, have a strong command of developing curricula according to international standards. I have full command of developing lesson plans, the scheme of studies, and syllabus breakdowns.
Another evidence of my expertise in my subject and teaching is the publication of several Social Studies and Geography books including Atlas of Pakistan.
My strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills, combined with my ability to work well under pressure, allow me to play a crucial role in a fast-paced educational institution.
Furthermore, I believe I will immediately make a noticeable impact on your school’s education standards.
I welcome the opportunity to discuss with you how my skills and strengths can best serve your institution.
