Woman with a positive attitude who enjoys a good work out! (aerial silk, exercise, running, dancing). Trained actress, which I combine with my yoga practice. Love the challenge yoga provides and the serenity it gives. Passionate about watching my students unwind, letting go of tensions and build knowledge about themselves through yoga.

Educated by Beverly Downie, London, for four years, five days a week, and at Fierce Gram in Muswell Hill, London, Bikram Yoga.
Taught Vijnana Yoga at Kogan Academy, London for three years and Acting Gymnasium for one year, as well as to private individuals. Also drama teachers for children and young people.
