Teaching-learning is a skill and should be interactive rather then rote learning. I believe in REFORM, PERFORM and TRANSFORM. Conceptual clarity is far better than rote learning. If you understand the concept you don't need to memorize it, specially in the subject of humanities I will help you to built a base of the subject without getting bored.A good teacher who do the SWOT analysis of anything and find strength, weakness and opportunities in every student.
