I think classroom discussions over the specific topic work the best. I strictly condemn rote learning and i try my best to make students think what they read.
Also i try to give real life examples where ever possible so as to make learning wholesome and not burdensome.
I'll also try to be flexible as much as possible adjusting to the needs of student as i know every student is different.
