About Sabrina
I work full time and on the side I help people who have difficulties to achieve their fitness and health goals. I am currently working towards my fitness trainer A license, the B license exam has already been passed. For about 7 years I have been doing fitness and weight training intensively and regularly and of course I was able to gain a lot of practical experience. In the last 2 years I have been able to help people to achieve and maintain their desired weight with my support.

My training should be understandable and motivating so that you can apply what you have learned at home. I proceed in a structured manner and adapt everything individually to my customers. I create a nutrition plan tailored to the person and so that no waiver is necessary. Having fun is very important to me, so I'm always happy to receive feedback.

The 30 € refer to the training units of 60min online.
For an outdoor training I charge 40 € per training. I offer nutritional plans in a package from 3 months.
