About Lara
"Writing memorable choruses and refining melodic phrasing remain the cornerstone of my 10 years of work. I hear the hum of a half-finished melody sitting in the quiet of a room waiting for the right words to latch onto it. My process involves helping home studio owners and beginners find clarity in their work.
I hold a Diploma in Audio Production from MAINZ which informs how I approach the technical side of demoing ideas. Prosody is essential when matching words to a melody so I focus on that balance early.
Understanding rhyme schemes and meter turns a loose thought into a cohesive piece of art. Editing and rewriting are where the actual magic happens for most students.
I enjoy teaching the mechanics of hook and top line writing to those just starting out. Honing chord progressions makes the foundation of a track feel solid and intentional. Working with me is an honest and collaborative journey. Hope to hear your songs soon."
