About Prisca
I am passionnate about yoga and started my journey in 2014. Inspired by my teacher, I went to India to study Vinyasa Yoga with Samyak yoga.
I can teach vinyasa yoga which is quite dynamic or yin yoga depending on your expectations.

Most of my classes last for one hour to allow enough time to connect to yourself.
We start by warming up the body and do a breathing exercise, then we do sun salutations and yoga flow and we end up with a final relaxation and a short meditation to finish.
