Julia is a friend of mine and a former co-worker who has also become my personal trainer and physical therapist. Julia has been such a helpful resource to me—not only does she have the credentials to back her up, but she also has personal life experience that makes her relatable and allows her to connect in a way that’s hard to find when I’ve sought out a trainer or therapist in the past.

She genuinely cares about educating you on your current situation, offering different perspectives, and explaining why she has chosen each plan. She helps me understand how I can sustain each plan long-term, even after working with her. I wasn’t looking for someone to simply tell me what to do, but rather to help me understand why I’m doing it—and she does exactly that, all with a very charismatic approach.I truly feel like she’s a little hidden gem!
