I don't know what make different in my class and other but one thing come to mind when it's yoga. it should do you great benifit of clam your mind because body can be trained in gym but soul is need of calmness and improved by meditation only. And if you can meditate then you don't need tutor but if you cannot focus and need to improve on this aspects then I can help.Have a great day.
